Fire Sprinklers and the International Market
Demand Growing in 2010

In the past 15 months I have conducted seminars for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) in Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Germany, and Qatar. By the time this article is published, I will have returned to the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia. In addition, other NFPA instructors have taught in the United Kingdom, Europe, South Korea, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries around the globe. Most of the seminars are five days in length and cover NFPA 13, Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems; NFPA 20, Standard for the Installation of Stationary Pumps for Fire Protection; and NFPA 25, Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems.
